Merringue :

200 gr White sugar
Sabayone :
3 pcs Egg yolk
Garnish :
Brown sugar
Salt
Cassava Slick
Pandon Leaves
Red Simple syrup
Grated cassava
Method :
1. Pelled the cassava, steam and blend add water (cooked) and coconut
milk.
